If you are a domestic customer, in accordance with Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of return of the order. As long as the goods arrive back to us in their original packaging in new and unused condition we will replace or refund them as appropriate. Product that is not in “as new” condition may be subject to a restocking charge to cover losses incurred in reselling the product at a reduced price. Please note that custom made or bespoke fittings are not refundable.

Requests to return/cancel an order should be made in writing to us by email. All cancellation requests will be acknowledged by return email with returns instructions. All subsequent returns must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of our returns instructions.

If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, or there is a shortage on delivery, we will of course endeavour to supply, replace, or refund these items as quickly as possible. If goods arrive damaged in transit please keep all items, and the packaging, and contact us within 7 days of receipt for our returns instructions. Please check the order thoroughly on delivery and advise us immediately in there is a problem. We must receive notification of any such problems within 7 days of delivery of your order.

If you have ordered items incorrectly, please contact us to discuss how you would like to proceed. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be at your expense and the goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. There may be a restocking charge at our discretion to cover our expenses and exchanged items may be subject to a delivery and administration charge. This would include items that were originally subject to a free delivery offer.

We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refunds due as promptly as we can.
